How Can chronic Nausea Along With Vomiting Be Treated?

I have been nauseous for the past month getting sick frequently and in pain below the right rib into my lung. I ve had a excruciating pain in my right lung since before Christmas. I ve put all this down to clearing out the chemotherapy and radiation from my system and I am now five month since my treatment. I have consulted my GP re .lung and was told I had pluracy in that lung and given an antibiotic prior to Christmas. I was back with the Gp last week re vometing and this was put down to reflux. This week I have been really ill,and my urine is a very dark yellow and has an odour. I can only drink water as the smell of food makes me ill. I had a high temp 39.4 yesterday with a severe headache very tired and my skin was itching. Today I look yellow as if I had used a inferior tanning lotion. Which I don t any way. I am wondering if I have jaundice.? And what do I need to do. I am due back for ct scans on March 11th.
